Here comes the 6-Course dinner which costs us RM39 per pax...
- Starters (Deep-fried Soft Shell Crab, Salad Wanton, Stir-fried Squid with X.O. Sauce, Stir-fried Kong Pao Diced Chicken) -> Delicious, especially the soft shell crab, shell is crispy while flesh is fine, juicy and tasty. Highly recommended.
- Roasted Meat Platter -> Tasty, soft and juicy but not too fat. Texture and taste just right. Highly recommended.
- Stewed Soon Hock Fish with Bean Puff and Whole Garlic -> This is a slightly disappointing dish. I would prefer if this is steamed soon hock, not deep-fried and stewed. It makes the skin a bit tough. Besides, there's quite a number of bones in the piece of fish. I don't really enjoy this dish. Anyway, putting aside the skin and bones, this is indeed quite tasty.
- Braised Homemade Bean Curd with Stir-fried Scallop and Garden Greens -> I love this. The homemade bean curd is extraordinarily soft, fine and tasty. One of the best bean curd I've eaten so far. The generous piece of scallop on top does add to the taste of the bean curd.
- Stir-fried Egg Noodles with Shredded Honey Barbecue Pork and Soya -> Tasty and not too oily. Just nice. Not bad.
- Sweetened Potato Soup with Glutinous Rice Dumpling -> I personally do not like sweetened potato soup. I somehow feel that this dessert doesn't fit into the fine-dining category. My other family members think that this is just average.
