27 November 2010: I had lunch at New Restaurant Ipoh Chicken Rice, the Sri Petaling branch. This branch looks like newly renovated, tidy and clean. It’s a recommended place to have lunch especially during hot and sunny afternoon.

The headquarter of New Restaurant Ipoh Chicken Rice is in Jalan Gasing. Besides, there are few other branches in Midvalley, Bandar Puteri Puchong, Lot 10 and Giza Mall.

Here’s what we had…

• Roasted Chicken (Small) (RM4) -> Taste normal, edible. I won’t specifically recommend.
• Roasted Pork (RM10) -> Expensive, small portion, meat not tasty enough, skin not crispy enough, overall too fat.
• Soup (FOC) -> Ajinomoto soup, I’ve no idea what soup is it because I could only taste ajinomoto. After tried first sip, I would not want to take another sip.
